Wix will start to accept cryptocurrencies as a payment method
And once again we say that the crypto industry is constantly soaring and today we have some good news. Wix, the website creation and hosting platform, has recently announced that its list of payment methods will be expanded by crypto payments which will be added as one of the multiple billing options.

This will be done by PumaPay Protocol which positions itself as cryptocurrency payment and billing solution and has raised over $120 million USD in private sale.
This partnership has more than one purpose of widening the range of payment methods for the Wix users. A publicly traded unicorn enabling businesses to create websites by these means allows its users to implement a similar system to their projects and adopt it, therefore giving their clients an opportunity to pay in digital currencies.
This announcement was commented by Yoav Dror, PumaPay CEO, who said the following about the collaboration:
“The merchants will see it as a tool they can use for payment processing, as well as paying their subscriptions. This is a huge step towards increasing utilization of blockchain technology and making convenient blockchain-based payments available to everyone.”
In the past year, despite a massive collapse of the cryptomarket, some established companies started to accept digital assets as a payment method for their products and services. In recent days, however, the industry is showing a healthy signs - is this an another step to recovery?
